last night i hung out with these nice girls and i realized that i'm pretty good at hanging out with girls. at one point i brought up nico and they said they didn't know who that was and that was OKAY, but then they said they didn't know who the velvet underground were and i looked at them with this music snob expression of shock and i felt so DISGUSTED with myself for that later. SORRY!!

i also don't really know what to do with girls beyond being their friends anymore. it's kind of ridiculous how romantically inept i am when it comes to courtship. am i even allowed to use that word anymore????
